When Slicer started this blog, he described it as including not only things he enjoys, but also things he dislikes. So it's about time to cover some dislikes. Here's a list of ten, in no particular order:
1. bits of cork floating in a glass of red
2. failure to appreciate the true genius and contribution of Bob Dylan
3. the demand by politicians for evidence-based practice in healthcare when they see no need for it in determining political practice and priorities/targets, whether in healthcare or in education.
4. judgmentalism in liberals
5. folk so preoccupied with their own self-interest that they don't notice or even disregard the needs of others, at home or abroad
6. Slicer finding the characteristics in himself that he dislikes in others
7. 30mph speed limits on main arterial routes into/out of the city (too low); 30mph speed limits in residential areas (too high).
8. liver on a plate
9. the disproportionate amount of tax inflating the price of petrol in the UK
10. a new loud click when Slicer digs out and plays some of his cherished vinyl
